Your schedule stays on your phone
There's no account and no sign-up. Your shifts, notes and pay details are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.
ShiftCal is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Crash reports and usage statistics from Google Firebase help us fix bugs. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you choose your ad and analytics settings in Google's consent form, and you can change them any time in the app.
Questions
Is ShiftCal free?
Yes. ShiftCal is free and supported by ads. There's a banner on the Today and Calendar screens and, occasionally, a full-screen ad after you save a custom pattern.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your calendar, changes and reminders all work offline. Only ads need a connection.
What if my rotation isn't listed?
Use the pattern builder to create any cycle from 1 to 56 days, with your own shift names, codes, colors and times.
How are night shifts shown?
A night shift belongs to the day it starts. A 19:00–07:00 night on Friday shows on Friday.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. ShiftCal is available for Android on Google Play.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings and choose Reset all data, or uninstall the app. Your data is only on your phone, so that removes it completely.
